Recently, ALPA distributed a communication mischaracterizing management’s motivation in proposing to ALPA’s leadership an alternative process for concluding joint contract negotiations promptly. While the Company’s motivation for the proposal should be obvious, as the proposal was a creative means to conclude an agreement promptly, we believe the correspondence speaks for itself and belies the deliberate mischaracterization of it by ALPA leaders.
