In terms of the case law; how long did it take to resolve those cases? In the case of terminations, who pays the crewmembers paycheck and health insurance; or are they on their own until maybe they get their job back?
Put another way, Plan A always sounds like it's invincible. But the smart money is on the side that has a Plan B, C,and D on the shelf ready to go. I really and sincerely hope that the Omni pilots have them ready to go.
