Airmen Certification - Get Copies of Airman Certification Records
I don't know if there's a way to expedite it. You could call the Airmen Certification Branch and ask them, but remember it's the Federal Government, nothing happens fast.
PRIA doesn't apply to foreign carriers. They can request airmen records from the FAA but some of them require that you do the work for them.
