The best analogy to them, is a spoiled brat, whose Moms buys them everything, then one day their Mom is dying, and they think she is rich, but they only come to find out she has no life insurance, and is 70,000 in credit card debt. Now they want their divorced Daddy to bail them out.
These will be the first guys to agree to pay bumps in exchange for scope relief once at mainline.
Are you ****ing kidding me?! How the hell do you come up with this bull**** idea? I personally have not met ANY captain who's headed over there who feels he's entitled to anything but first year pay. We realize we are new hires, so we get new hire pay. It's not going to be easy, but it is what it is.
I've been here at Eagle for twenty years. When I get over there, I (and I'm guessing just about all of us who head over) will be pretty hard core about holding the scope line - to your damn benefit.
