I would be more concerned with how much of a decrease in salary Eagle will take when AMR files BK. The BK judge will have the final say. This will get very messy. All contracts can be voided or restructured once its goes to the courts. AMR needs to ensure they can reemerge from BK and spinning off Eagle was part of the plan.
