You put two people who lack the basic skills to monitor airspeed/ hand fly a plane and that's what can happen. If I had lost any family members on that flight I would of been furious! It was almost 100% pilot error and a perfectly good airplane.
Yep, because airline crashes are never human error, its always in a plane that isn't 100% perfect. Are you serious? Look at how many "legacy" accidents have happened with experienced crews in a perfectly good airplane. It was a series of errors that led to the accident, just like almost every other crash that has happened at ANY AIRLINE. Was there a lack of training, yes, but to act like this is the first time it has happened in the airline industry is plain stupid an naive.
