Most agreements contain provisions for appeals and system review boards and such. Key words typically include "exonerated" and "remedies", or "relief" for a pilot reinstated as you state. There may be partial relief depending on your circumstances. If you were completely exonerated, there may be a provision for back pay, benefits, records cleaned, etc., with no loss of seniority or Longevity.

You need to determine your level of "exoneration" and any such provisions available, and of course, contact your representative.
