I wonder how long it'll be until they can't staff the flying. It's my opinion that the already horrendous attrition rate will get much worse now that the TA was rejected by such a wide margin.
Yea I don't know....it's a shame though, Omni Has and had alot of good people that deserve the best. They have been downgraded by the Feds due to the amount of experience leaving the cockpit. That won't be good for the DOD flying.
