Exactly. What is relevant to us is their pilot costs. No one cares what the take home pay for a euro-weenie is, that's their problem. Since management will squeal that high pilot costs will make us uncompetitive if we can show that management has no problem dumping more money than we are asking in pilot (and other costs, likely across the entire board...except maybe executive costs...) then they lose that arguement as well as general credibility in front of the mediator.
