And I don't buy the whole DAL pilots versus SWA pilots productivity argument. Our pilot group does a lot of different types of flying... so it's hard to compare. Maybe you should look at the revenue we produce and then try to say we shouldn't be paid as much! I think, for whatever reason, you are making excuses for mediocrity and using a good scare tactic to try and deflect the argument.

The data is easily available. For 2010 they averaged 52 block hours per pilot. Delta was at 42. Total pilot costs per block hour flown were 698 at SW and 690 at Delta.
