I'm guessing the vast majority of that differential is because we have 8 or so more fleet types than they do and therefore have way more pilots in training at any given time. That also helps us produce more revenue than they do though, so that helps our case for more pilot compensation not hurt it. Plus I bet we have way more deadheads as well, not sure if that counts towards "pilot block hours" or not but in any case 9 fleet types versus 1 = mass quantities of pilots in training flying zero block hours yet we still pull down more revenue per pilot.
