OK let's think about it. Delta flies a ton of international requiring an augment crew. Many of our 111 million pax did so with an augment of one to two additional pilots. That alone more than makes up the difference.
Can't you folks see what's happening here? SWA is the one argument that ALPA can't ignore when it comes to trying to lower your expectations. It's their biggest nightmare. The only hope is to scare you away from wanting it by lying about it. Scaring people with the furlough word is just reprehensible, but it's all ALPA has left.
