Been there, done that........twice! We all survived. I would give anything for job security, however, I am a glutton for punishment.

I am 12/99 hire, got the letter and call earlier this week. I am going to take it. I need a job and am not current and therefore couldn't get a job towing banners on the jersey shore right now.

My old pay at UAL wasn't great, but is better than new hire and we desperately need the health bennies.

Just hoping to weather the reserve abuse until the new contract, if I can last that long!

I'll be sure to post the results of UAL/CAL differences in training, flying the line, etc.
