Factory school's don't spoon feed you one bit. I didn't go to ERAU, but did go to UND. I have also taken part 61 rides with Designated Examiners, and I'm here to tell ya, it was a walk in the park compared to your so called 'factory school' spoon feeding. Not so true. But anyone can make it through our training if you put the time and effort in, regardless of where you did your training previously.
