I don't know about CG Management on this thing, but on the MD 11, there is a system that moves the fuel around, from the wings to the tail after take off during climb, to get the CG back to 32% at cruise, then it runs the fuel back to the wings for a 25% CG for landing. Unless they add a lot of plumbing, I don't see it happening on this "Upgraded" DC9.
