Well, the most junior pilot on the property today would be a recently recalled ex TWA pilot hired at TWA in Feb, 2000 - seniority #9840. That hire date corresponds to an AA hire date of April, 2001.

In other words, AA is currently recalling a huge block of pilots with an April 2001 hire date. They should hit the bottom of the furlough list (Sept 2001 hire date) by the end of the year.

Then, approx 142 AE pilots flow through... then, AA goes back UP the list of pilots who have deferred, starting the 3 year clock... this is the point at which they can start new hires. Apps should start going out in January for a May/June new hire class.
