What do you mean, it`s still a "REGIONAL?" Obviously people want to move on to bigger and better things but i really cannot fault someone who has a great schedule, great pay, home everynight and cares more about their family then being attached to the "REGIONAL" stigma as you say. Just because they are flying around less people does not change the fact that the basic job description is the same as a mainline pilot, which is moving people from point "A" to point "B."
