Reality check. Management is NEVER going to admit to a union that they have a problem with manning an airline.

They will use their K Street lobbyists to push the entry requirements lower and lower by giving more and more credit to the Florida pilot puppy mills that are being represented by their own K Street lobbyists.

Accidents will continue to be blamed on the (dead) crew.

Pilots will continue to vote as they always have.
