You're only half right. He's welcomed them into the DPA, but he's not said he would like to retain much of them. He's welcomed them to run right along with the rest of us. This is in stark contrast to what I'm hearing about DALPA wanting to Article 8 DTW out of DALPA because of Detroit's very large support of the DPA.

BS. No matter how often you try to mischaracterize DPA, it won't make it true. The actual rallying cry that you've bastardized is that DPA will use professional vendors and services that actually work...not in-house deadwood with poor records and results.
