Sorry I can't help you with definitive answers! I suspect that there are different point values for each of the items you are asking about and an assumption can be made that more/bigger/farther is better in most cases. Just make sure you don't get too much more/bigger/farther etc. !! "You must stay in the sweet spot, otherwise you are untrainable to our exotic FedEx methods..."
