Strongly agree on the NEED for more sleep rooms in Memphis, but it isn't something we should have to negotiate.
It is a SAFETY ISSUE!!
The company is disingenious that they care about fatigue when they run out of cheap-to-build sleep rooms, EVERYNIGHT in Memphis.
The fix has been "talked about" for years and years.
Mgt lurkers pay attention --- you are complicit in cumulative fatigue when you are not giving your pilots every opportunity to sleep in Memphis.
Sad...quite sad for a $30B company that claims "safety first"
