Someone needs to be held accountable. Either FS or the company that produces the software. They've known about this coming day for how long and still have issues. Complete lack of ownership and leadership by management to continue to let these issues happen.
I was formerly in management and if I, or any of my employees, continued to be late with my job duties, or under perform there were repercussions. Probation or termination to name a few.
Peoples lives are at stake here. Again, this is a complete lack of leadership on the part of pinnacle CORP(yes that is all three airlines).
