Look at SWA and JB after 9-11 as well as going forward as well as the VA order book, Emirate's US ambitions, etc. Where TF is all the revenue for all THAT capacity going to come from?
Times are different then just after 9-11. It's a different industry IMO. VA is bleeding cash, & JB & SWA are pulling down capacity/remaining flat. I think capacity control is going quite well right now. I will agree that Emirates is biting off more then they can chew though. They're banking on cabatoge, & we can only hope that USA/Canada will continue to tell them NO.
