I wish the company though like that when it concerns flight crews! When was the last time they gave US a break? Long day?...give them a break and send them home early. Last day of Reserve and they want to go home?...give them a break and release them. Flight leaves a few minutes late?...give them a break the Captain had to take a crap.

Just because we expect poor performance from the company does not mean it should be tolerated. We should demand better of them like they demand better from us!
