PRIA? No. You're right. But, a lot of airlines go wayyyy beyond a basic PRIA. You wouldn't believe some of the stuff they make you sign your life away to, as part of the application process (Not Lakes, but other airlines). I don't know how much an airline is able to actually acquire, but they will have you sign a release for them to attain ALL COMPANY RECORDS, and MOST FAA RECORDS (PRIA, FOIA, Privacy). Like I said, I don't know what they can actually get, but they make you believe they have access to everything.
