Didn't Jay bring us the T feckless TPA which expires at the end of December? The one which could potentially cost thousands of us at UAL our jobs? How come there are protections in the CAL letter but not the UAL? That Jay?

Isn't Jay the Neg chair on the current contract? Won't his leaving that position only drag out the JCBA even further?

I don't know Jay from shinola but there is an active thread on the other forum which aligns him very closely with Paul Whiteford and a whole bunch of crap from the bankruptcy. So, without further info I am quite skeptical of him. Hell the two points above make him a non starter in my eyes.
