I don't know what sort of argument you are attempting to make, as I'm saying the exact same thing you are. Look at my user name. I've been at Lakes, and out of the contract for years. I KNOW EVERYONE KNOWS THERE IS A TRAINING CONTRACT. I was saying exactly what you just stated: "If you go there, be prepared to deal with the consequences." I'm arguing the enforcibility of it, and Lakes' willingness to go after people for it. Because, someone said something to the effect earlier: "Don't even worry about the contract. I've never seen it enforced". It's my opinion that noone should go into Lakes with the plan of breaking the contract and not paying it, as you never know what measure they will use to get their money. Fully expect to pay it if you leave, and you will be fine.
