On the iPad, open GoodReader, then go to where you want to store your copy of the FPR.

On that GoodReader page, select "Web Downloads" on the right side, then select "Browse the web". Log on to P.F.C and open the release. On that web page, select "print", then select "download" on the GoodReader menu bar (the circle with the down arrow). Select the back arrow at the top left of the GoodReader window (the one with the name of your Goodreader directory).

The file will be saved as a "fpsPlanOutputPrint.jsp.html" or something similar. Rename it as you like. The saved file will include the full FPR and weather/NOTAMS, all scrollable with a single finger touch.
