Obviously DALPA didn't think so because they lied about SWA in the contract comparisons. And if DALPA really considered SWA's contract unacceptably low, wouldn't DALPA exaggerate SWA's contract upward so as to make ours look worse? Instead DALPA exaggerated SWA's contract downward so as to make ours look better by comparison...thus needing less of an increase.
