You have 3 years, from when the last furloughed pilot is offered recall - during which time the Eagle pilots and new hires will be coming on. At the end of the three years (if they are still hiring), they will offer a final recall, in reverse seniority. If you don't accept at that time - you've quit. The small question I'd have at that time (three year point), is whether they would do a mass calling and then place everyone in classes per seniority, or make monthly calls like they are now.
Referencing the above, they'd already be bringing on new hires at that point - they "might" just do a mass final recall at the three point, just to get it done with.
