For example, "we like this guy but think he'd be a better fit for the 74 or 76"...(appropriate annotation made next to his/her name as hiring paperwork is pushed forward through the process)?

I guess my question is - Is there theoretically 1 pool (one pool based purely on the needs of the company at that time) or 2 (a 76 candidate pool and a 74 candidate pool)? Basically, is where you are going kind of already predetermined once in the pool (or your respective pool if there are 2) or is it totally a crapshoot?
