I am aware that the courts of the US have ruled that age 60 IS NOT age discrimination. But Skygirl says it is, so it must be.
The courts have ruled that age 60 is not age discrimination because the FAA said that age 60 was a safety issue. If the FAA no longer holds that position any problems age 60 to 65 now becomes age discrimination.
