Seems like a steady trickle of pilots to be hired at fedex in the years to come...I'm wondering what qualifications or minimums are they looking for? What are guys getting hired with currently? I'm a 135 guy with most of my time in lears. I'm looking to go somewhere a bit more structured than where I am currently. It seems like fedex is the place to be and that is my goal right now. Advice?
