Things are "busy" at Flex and this is what they are pulling? Just think of how it will get if/when things start to trend downward.
Any chance this is helping motivate the pilot group to get a contract going at Flex?
The second there is a drive for that management will throw money at the pilot group...which they will gobble up and forget the word union or contract.
