I'm top 25 but certainly don't feel like I'm on the "verge" of going anywhere. Delta has to hire first and hasn't shown any inclination to do so, basically shrinking right along with retirements.

Being senior and "stuck" really isn't a bad gig, but stagnation sucks for our junior/reserve CAs, FOs on the verge of upgrade, and newhires.
