The captains are great here from who I've flown with so far. I think that being a captain tends to exaggerate personalities (personal observation). They are used to being in charge so whatever their personality is, it is exaggerated. But all the guys here are pretty awesome, so that exaggeration isn't a negative thing. Some are young and it's their first captain experience but it's just a different experience flying with them but not necessarily in a bad way. It seemed like at Colgan there was more captains that nobody wanted to fly with. It could also have something to do with being stuck with the same person all month at Colgan, whereas, at a company with PBS, you usually are with someone for only 4 days. You can put up with pretty much anyone for 4 days.
