Communiction 12 just came out and apparrently my source was not accurate. According to Andy Chen a total of 110 pilots accepted the new hire position out of the first 600 called. That fills classes into early January. They will wait to hear from the pilots who bypassed before sending out the next round of offers. Those letters will go out in mid-November according to this communication.
Pardon my possible misunderstanding/ignorance, I thought once you bypassed you had to wait until they went clear down the list before another opportunity to go to CAL. After reading the update from Andy Chen it sounds like I am misinformed... Was this in the TPA?
