What was said in communication 12 was that going forward, because of the number of pilots now scheduled for training, offer letters will be sent out in smaller batches targeting single class dates. There was no mention of waiting for bypassers with regards to sending out letters. The statement on bypassers was just a reminder of how they will be offered a class and the method of removing themselves from bypass.
