The reality is unless you have something really stellar or are mil there just aren't going to be many opportunities untill Age 65 effects take place. The bypass rate right now is roughly 5.5 to 1 but if they don't steadily hit groups of mil guys, it will likely drop to the 4 to 1 range, possibly even lower now.

It's possible given what we know presently that a little under 400 new hire spots will have to come open to get the 1437 off the street. We would all like the United side to recall but I think the MO is clear that jobs will come from the CAL side as old gear is replaced by new gear on their side.
