On a slightly brighter side however, what's going on at AA could technically be the first "Age 65 effect", albeit preservation of pension value, they're motivated due to age and impending retirement. Maybe I'm being overly speculative on that one.

Supposed to be another batch going in November. I gotta ask you, if you watched the stock drop by nearly half overnight and bounce back, your kinda forced to make a gamble that either the stock will rise with the "saving" of AA through new contracts (uuuuh...not) or if the company is on a inevitable path to bankruptcy. If I had to bet, I'd bail and buy some AMR stock to speculate but at least my pension would be somewhat "saved".

Wonder what these guys will do....?
