Well, this might make you feel better. I also got disqualified when I sent my stuff in and then got an email 3 days after getting DQed with an invitation to an interview. I honestly dont think the online app means anything besides a way to submit your resume. Try creating a new email address and submitting under that email. I know your kinda freaking out, but give it a day or two and see if you get an email. From the time I sent my stuff in to the time I was in an interview was 13 days.
