Well, the "rumor" is true. Landed in SFO today and saw our grey/blue 757 parked in front of the MX hangar with the name and logo painted over. Called MX freq and asked if it was getting a paint job or going bye-bye. SFO MX confirmed it is being retired. Just 2 days ago I heard that the "TK rumor" was that 10 or so were to be parked at the end of next summer. Apparently they want them gone sooner. But hey, "we're" buying new 737's to replace them right? That does "us" (PMUA) NO GOOD!
