Also, hopefully by now you have noticed and made a mental list of those APC members who are only here to act like DBs and stir the pot while never providing any kind of help. I suggest never replying to their posts, just ignore them.
The point that someone made a few post ago, you probably won't be fired for having to take medical leave since they would have to hire a replacement for you and spend more money on truing cost. Go for it but just don't volunteer any information that is not required. Don't lie, just answer what they need to know, not more. The people in the hiring department are great guys who are pilots and have similar goals in aviation as we do. But they have a job to do and that is to hire the most qualified candidates. Someone who tell you that they have to go get surgery and could be out for a prolonged period of time could be looked as a liability. Fill out your applications, get hired, do your job and take care of your self. Good Luck, if you need info PM me.
