On top of what you already put. Point was that, if you compare the cost per employee to the airline of choice, they make significantly more than we do. It is also why we fly more block hours but have EASK's. They get the big jets that fly less block, which can spread their costs out over more seats.
My friends that are in Europe make about 13K-16K USD a month before taxes (AF/KLM/BA etc), and they pay no health care, no retirement funding, have way better trip rigs, more vacation, etc. (Tax rate varies but is between 40-55%)
Ryan Air pilots make about 250K USD a year to compare it.
