The only time one may reach M.83 in this plane at FL360 is on a flight from the east coast to MSP. It needs to be the middle of January, have an ISA of -10, and hit your initial cruise alt at a speed of .68 and hope to be to .83 by GRB. Like I said...these engines were designed for this plane as a corporate jet with 8 people on it, not 50.
