I just clicked on it and it went right to the chart. Next to the 9,700/ month euro figure, it says it was last updated in August of 2011.
Is anyone else able to successfully click this link and get the info?

Are you sure that the rates are quoted in Euros? The Additional Duty period/Per Diem category below the monthly rate is shown in $. I think Rishworth uses $ throughout since many of the folks searching there are US citizens.
