Are you suggesting that the FO's take more pay cuts in order to increase the captain pay?
Not sure how you are doing your math. But at DAL starting FO pay at Delta is shy of 50k pre-tax. $56.34 * 70 * 12 = $47,325.60. $90,000 would have sounded great to me first year! Unless I misunderstood you, I am not sure how this is a pay-cut.
