Scariest yeah sad thing is all the regionals will have this problem because they were all hiring pilots right out of college....

On a positive note these guys upgrading all now have over 3,000tt 99% of it in the dash 8. I much rather fly with them than someone with 1,500 and little to no time in the airplane.

You can't fly this plane for 4 years and not come out a better pilot.
