I have never heard of them cutting the time down. The important thing is to keep instructing, cloud seeding, etc. and keep flying while you wait. They are big on details. You need to follow all of their instructions to the letter and have all of the forms that they require.
Don't argue, and if they start to teach you something play the student role immediately. Those are just a few tips that I have garnered from other people telling me about their interviews at SKW.
Crazy but I have heard of 2 pilots, both current 121, who argued with their interviewer. One was my recommendation.
