Voluntary junior man. There are always VJM helpers during the meltdowns, whether it's from sick calls, natural disaster, or just poor planning. All the company has to do is put out a bulletin. There were 9 this summer which in the end covered the whole summer.
As a furloughed guy - all I can do is shake my head in disgust.
